Hawaiian Legends

Presented here are just a few of the works I have created based on legends of Hawaii and the Pacific.  These highlight, in my own renditions, the ancient islanders reverence and interaction with nature and the sea which still today is so relevant to the lives of all Pacific people’s.

My works of Kinilau, the Pan-Polynesia protector of fishes and Ka-Pueo-kani-kaua, the owl who sings of war.
